Best Rate Guaranty

Hillside Lodge wants you to feel confident about our best rate guaranty policy. If you find lower publish rate prior to or within 24 hours of booking your room, simply submit best rate guaranty Claim to us by emailing to info@hillsidelodge.com and we will honor the lower rate.

At Hillside Lodge, we understand the importance of protecting your privacy and that is why we will never release any of the information we collected from you unless otherwise we receive your request in writing.

General Policies

Check-in Time:	Any time after 3:00 PM
Check-out Time:	11:00 AM. Late Check-out each hour will be charged an extra nights stay for each room rented, without any right to stay an extra night.
Age Limit:	You must be 21 year or older to rent
Dinning Hours:	Breakfast: 8:30 am – 10 am.
Rates Guarantee:	Rates are subject to change without any notice. Your rate is guaranteed at the time you make your reservation
Directions:	Please print out from our website
Maximum Occupancy:	Maximum ocuupancy shall not exceed 4 person per room at all time
Your Room Keys:	Let us know your arrival time. We have 2 offices in the resort. During Summer Months – Use our Main Lodge Office at top of the hill and during other periods use our Manager’s Home office which is located on right hand side when you enter our Resort. You must have your room key picked up by 10:00 PM
Activities:	Most events and activities are available during Summer Months
Payment:	Full payment require during check-in. You can pay by Cash or Credit Card only
Taxes:	6% State Tax and 3% Local Tax
Gratuity:	15% Gratuity applies on you meal plan only
Wi-Fi Internet:	$10 Flat Fee per room per stay
Gas Fireplace:	$12 fuel charge applies on Gas Fireplace
Wood Fireplace:	Bring your own paper wrapped “Dura-flame” or similar wood logs
Baby Crib:	We do not provide baby crib
Roll away Bed:	We do not provide Rollaway Bed or any temporary beds
Pet Policies:	Sorry! No Pets Allowed
Candle Fire:	Candle Fire is not allowed
BBQ Grille:	Use Pool area BBQ for grille. NO BBQ allowed inside your room or outside on wood deck
Smoking:	Smoking is allowed in designated Smoking Rooms Only. If you are a smoker and if you are staying in a non-smoking room, you may want use Room Balcony. Penalty for smoking in a Non-Smoking room is one week room charges plus tax
Swimming Pool:	Pool, spa and sauna facility is open during summer months only. Please follow rules posted inside the pool room for your safety. You swim at your own risk - No Lifeguard available
Housekeeping:	Please hang sign if you want Housekeeping Service. Housekeeping Service will be available until 1:00 PM.
Other Charge:	Cash Payment require for Movie Rental, Telephone, Firewood or any other charge must be paid by Cash at Front Desk.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Deposit Policy:

$100 room deposit require for each room reservation. Deposit applies towards the last day of your stay. Full payment required during check-in. We accept all major Credit Cards and Cash. Present your valid Driver's License or Passport along with your valid Credit Card to Front Desk. Credit Card Deposit of $100 per room is processed the same day the reservation is made. 3rd Night Free Deal requires full payment during making your reservation. 3rd Night Free Rate is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

For individual reservations, if you want to cancel your reservation you may do so at least 14 days prior to your arrival date in order to obtain a refund of your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. Any cancellations between 14 days and arrival date, your entire deposit of $100 will NOT be refunded

For all reservations, cancellation or “NO SHOWS” on the day of arrival or after check-in will result in your credit card being charged in full one night room and tax chares. Please note that we do not provide refunds for early departures or no refund for night not used.
