Hillside Lodge and Resort is committed to provide highest Guest Satisfaction Rating. We want to provide our Guest, clean and comfortable Suite or Cottages. Please read the entire policies so that it meets your requirement. Hillside Lodge reserve right to change, modify or alter Hillside Lodge Policies without notice. We will send you confirmation by email.

 MAP: Rate includes Dinner and Breakfast. Please add 9% tax and 15% Gratuity

 EP: Your room rate does not include any Meals. If you like to add Breakfast and Dinner package, please let us know during making your reservation.

 Off-Season: All outdoor activities are available during Summer Months.

 Gas or Wood Fireplace Charges: Please Add $10/night extra from September 15 until May 15 and during Summer  months (May 16 until September 14) if you want to use Gas fireplace Add $20/Night Extra.

Only Dura-Flame Logs are allowed in Wood log Fireplace. Dura-flame Logs are available at Front desk at extra charge.

 Baby Crib: $10/Night Extra

 Rollaway Bed: $10/Night Extra

Taxes and Fees:

 Rate indicated do not include any tax and Resort Fees.
 Sate Tax is 6%

 Monroe County Tax is 3%

 Gratuity: 15% on Dinner and Breakfast

 Payment: Full payment required during check-in. We accept cash or credit card during check-in.

 Miscellaneous Charges or Ancillary Charges: Any charges that occur during your stay i.e. Liquor Charges, Movie Rentals, Telephone Charges, Birthday Cake or Flower or Champaign Charges must be paid in cash prior to departure.

 Swimming Pool Rules:  Please follow rules posted inside pool room for your safety. Pool building is Open During Summer Months Only until Labor Day weekend.  

 Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed

 Fire: No Candle fire or Charcoal fire or any other wood fire allowed inside your room or on Wood Deck or Balcony of your Room.

 Smoking: Smoking allowed in smoking rooms only. If you are a Smoker please let Front Desk  know about your smoking room requirement. All Enchanted Cottages are Non-Smoking Cottages. Smoking in a non-smoking room or cottage will cost you a penalty of 7 Nights Room charges plus 9% Room Tax.

 Dinning Room Hours:  Breakfast Time: 9:00 AM. to 10:00 AM  Dinner Time: 6:00 PM. to   7:30  PM

Deposit and Payment Policy:  $100 room deposit is require if you are staying 2 nights. If you are staying only one night or any reservation during national holidays, we required full one night payment as a room deposit. Deposit is applied to the last day of your reservation. Full payment required during check-in. We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Money Order and Cashier’s Check. Personal checks must be cleared prior to arrival. During check-in final payment can be paid by Credit Card or Cash with valid identification (Driver’s License). A Credit Card Deposit of $100 per room is processed the same day the reservation is made.

 Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. Your rate is guaranteed at the time you make your reservation.

 Reservation Cancellation Policies: If You want to cancel your reservation you may do so at least 14 days prior to your arrival date in order to refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival date notice your deposit of $100 will NOT be refunded. Any one night reservation will require full one night payment and no refund if you cancel. Cancellation on the day of arrival or after check-in will be charge for full amount of your stay. We do not refund for early departure. In case of emergency if you have to depart early we will reschedule your arrival for the remainder of complete days to some other time within next 60 days.

 30 Day advance Reservation Cancellation Policy for all National Holidays and during NASCAR Race: Minimum 2 or 3 night stay required. All reservations will require one night room deposit. If You want to cancel your reservation you may do so at least 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. For a cancellations notice with less than 30 days prior to arrival date, full amount of your stay will NOT be refunded. We do not refund for early departure. In case of emergency if you have to depart early we will reschedule your arrival for the remainder of complete days to some other time within next 60 days.
