Deposit and Payment Policy: $100 room deposit is require if you
are staying 2 nights. If you are staying only one night or any reservation
during national holidays, we required full one night payment as a room
deposit. Deposit is applied to the last day of your reservation. Full payment required
during check-in. We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Money Order and
Cashier’s Check. Personal checks must be cleared prior to arrival. During check-in final payment can be paid by
Credit Card or Cash with valid identification (Driver’s
License). A Credit Card Deposit of $100 per room is processed the same
day the reservation is made.
Rates: Rates are subject to
change without notice. Your rate is guaranteed at the time you make your
reservation.
Reservation
Cancellation Policies: If You want to cancel your reservation you may do
so at least 14 days prior to your arrival date in order to refund your
deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 14 days prior
to arrival date notice your deposit of $100 will NOT be refunded. Any one
night reservation will require full one night payment and no refund if you
cancel. Cancellation on the day of arrival or after check-in will be charge
for full amount of your stay. We do not refund for early departure. In case
of emergency if you have to depart early we will reschedule your arrival
for the remainder of complete days to some other time within next 60 days.
30 Day advance
Reservation Cancellation Policy for all National Holidays and during
NASCAR Race: Minimum 2 or 3 night stay required. All
